Joni Sarpo

I work as Organizational Culture Advisor at Great Place to Work Institute so I have a data and experience what kind of recipe is behind best workplaces.

Johanna Noreila

Johanna is a company culture designer and interim HR director at Leidenschaft, the first company culture design company in Finland. She works with companies first researching & helping the leadership and the whole team to understand the current culture. Then together with the company she works on the target culture, identifies, ideates and produces new strategic ways to lead and support the culture. She’s worked in different industries, but mostly in the IT and design sector. During past years e.g. Fraktio, Solita and Mirum.
