We had interesting speeches and discussions at our afterwork. Teemu Tiilikainen from Talented had a pecha kucha presentation about workplace diversity through recruitment and Katja Toropainen from Inklusiiv spoke why we have a diversity and inclusion deficit in techology and what to do about it. We also had an inclusiveness workshop facilitated by Heidi Pech from Futurice.
