Robots and humanity – what are the social impacts? meetup was hosted on Thu 25.10. at Futurice. Futurice’s Minja Axelsson talked about the problems that could in the future be solved by social robots, as well as how to design social robots in a user-centric way. Minja’s talk also touched upon the ethical considerations of robots. Cristina Andersson discussed the social transformations being brought on by robotics, and the shift from talking about artificial intelligence to cognitive robotics.
